Orders are packed once your payment has been confirmed. You will see the status change to “Preparing for dispatch” on your order tracking page.
We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery times may be longer for East Malaysia and rural areas.
The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay, based on your state.
Once your order ships, we add the courier and tracking number to your order. Open Track my order, enter your order number and phone number, and press “Track your parcel”.
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will help you sort it out.
